Mimics ambassadorflow.traffic_visibility shop metafields — separate config for widget and fixed bar. When the master toggle is OFF, the storefront skips all gate logic (current production behavior).

Lab testing

Not part of production widget/fixed-bar config — lab only.

Re-classify every page load from URL/referrer only — skip gate + purchased cookies (no need to clear cookies between tests).
